Meet 5-year-old Mia Mai, a young artist born in Thai Binh Province of Vietnam in March 2019.

From an early age, Mia found great joy in drawing and painting, starting with the walls in her home.

Her parents, Meigo and Sâm, encouraged her creativity and even joined in, resulting in a playful environment that allowed Mia's imagination to run wild.

At just 1 year and 2 months old, Mia started using erasable markers on a big whiteboard, scribbling for hours and filling the board with her drawings.

She then discovered small magnetic drawing boards and took them everywhere she went.

Mia's love for art continued to grow as she was introduced to paint and brushes, even if it led to a few messy moments with paint all over her face, clothes, and hands. Her parents embraced the chaos, knowing it led to beautiful paintings.

Mia also likes to paint with her fingers and colorful sand, but her favorite medium is glitter pens, leading to thousands of glitter drawings.

Mia's love for art is so strong that sometimes she wakes up at 1, 3, or 4 AM asking to draw.

In addition to her love for art, Mia also has a deep appreciation for nature and all living beings, which often shines through in her drawings.

Her favorite subjects include suns, flowers, trees, butterflies, fish, cats, rabbits, and her family, which she calls "Mesamis."

In December 2022, Mia Mai's parents started to share her art with the world by turning her thousands of drawings into NFTs.

Currently, Mia has released 13 NFT collections with over 1,600 hand-drawn NFTs, including "Mesamis," "Astros," "Suns," "Flowers," "Butterflies," "Fish," "Trees," "Miu Mius," "Lucky Rabbits," "Alphabet," "Happy Numbers," "Paintings", and "Peace."

In addition to NFT collections, Mia also has a merchandise shop where friends around the world can purchase products designed from her artwork.

Mia Mai store has shipped different products across Asia, Europe, and the US.

As the host of the 'Artist Highlight' show, Mia Mai shines the spotlight on other artists, showcasing the world of art and its many wonders. Each episode of the Artist Highlight promises to be a captivating journey through the world of art. 

In January 2024, when Mia Mai was 4 years old, her family opened Mia Mai Art Gallery in the ancient Hoi An Old Town in Vietnam. 

Mia Mai's art is a manifestation of her imaginative spirit, creative flair and deep appreciation for life. Her drawings are not just pieces of art, but also an expression of her soul. Mia's work continues to spread happiness and inspiration, reminding us all to cherish life's simple wonders.
