1. Quality Assurance & Claims
Any art piece that arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective will be replaced entirely at our expense.
Action Required: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt with photo evidence. Our global QA protocols (ISO-Aligned) instantly analyze reported defects to recalibrate the origin printing facility.
2. Custom-On-Demand Restriction
As every item is printed 1-for-1 upon order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors.
This "Zero-Dead-Inventory" approach is our primary defense against textile waste. We provide comprehensive sizing guides on every product page; please audit your measurements carefully before purchase to ensure your sanctuary art fits perfectly.
3. Logistics & Failed Delivery
Reshipment costs for unclaimed packages or insufficient addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If a package is returned to our regional hub due to an incorrect address or a failure to claim it from a local depot, we will reach out via the provided contact method to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees are calculated based on current carrier rates.
