Return & Refund Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction — a transparent framework governing returns, refunds, and replacements for all Mia Mai Art products.

01Made-to-Order Products

All Mia Mai Art products are print-on-demand — each item is custom-manufactured by our production team only after your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference changes.

Why? This zero-inventory model eliminates textile waste and ensures every product is created with purpose. We provide detailed sizing guides and product previews on every product page to help you make the right choice.

02Defective & Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will provide a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

    Report the Issue

    Email miamaiart@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

  • STEP 2
    Review & Resolution

    Our team will review your claim within 1–3 business days and offer either a full refund or a free replacement, depending on your preference.

  • STEP 3
    Shipping Coverage

    If a return shipment is required for a defective item, Mia Mai Art covers all return shipping costs. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Mia Mai Art handles the replacement directly at no cost to you.

03Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that does not match your order (wrong design, wrong product type, or wrong size than what was ordered), you are entitled to a full refund or correct replacement. Contact us at miamaiart@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the incorrect item received.

04Refund Processing & Timelines

5–10
Business Days

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Venmo).

Crypto Refunds

For payments made via Bybit Pay, refunds are issued in the original cryptocurrency to the wallet used for the transaction.

05Digital Products

All digital products (digital art downloads, printable files, etc.) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital goods, we cannot verify whether the product has been saved or used after download.

Exception: If a digital file is corrupted or does not match its product description, contact us for a replacement or refund.
