Every Mia Mai Art product is made-to-order and shipped from the fulfillment center closest to you — for faster delivery and reduced environmental impact.
01Production Time
All Mia Mai Art products are print-on-demand, custom manufactured by our production team after your order is placed. Nothing is pre-made or pulled from warehouse shelves — every item is created with care, specifically for you.
This is the time required to print, quality-check, and pack your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier. Production time does not include shipping transit time.
02Delivery Estimates by Region
Shipping transit time begins after production is complete and your order is picked up by the carrier. Estimates below are in business days and do not include production time.

03Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination country, the items in your cart, and their combined weight and dimensions. You will see the exact shipping cost before confirming your order.
Free Shipping: Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically on select products or order amounts. When active, these offers will be clearly displayed on the website and applied automatically at checkout.
04Order Tracking
Once your order has been manufactured and handed to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

You receive an email when your item has been printed and packed.
- 02Shipped & Tracking Sent
A second email with tracking number and carrier information is sent once the package is picked up.
- 03Delivery Confirmation
Track your package status in real-time using the provided carrier link.
05Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility.
Important: Mia Mai Art does not collect, estimate, or pay customs duties on behalf of customers. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are paid directly to your local customs/postal agency upon delivery.
06PO Box Deliveries
Delivery to PO Boxes is supported for most products. However, depending on the carrier and product dimensions, PO Box deliveries may experience additional delays compared to standard address deliveries. For oversized items, a physical street address may be required.
07Delays & Lost Packages
Mia Mai Art is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing, weather events, carrier service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If tracking indicates "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first contact your local carrier or post office. Packages are sometimes held at local depots or delivered to neighbors. If unresolved after 48 hours, contact us.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or shows the package is lost, contact us at miamaiart@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
